The Ibero-American Neuromodulation Meeting (RIAN) is a space for connection, learning, and collaboration among Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking professionals dedicated to neuromodulation. Since its first edition, RIAN has become a key initiative to discuss advances, share clinical experiences, and promote scientific development across our region.

The 3rd RIAN, held on November 30 and December 1, 2023, at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires, brought together some of the world’s leading experts in neuromodulation for two days of academic excellence and regional exchange.

The 4th edition, in May 2024, took place during the World Congress of the International Neuromodulation Society (INS) at the Vancouver Convention Centre. This Spanish-only session provided a global setting to address the main challenges in neuromodulation, reinforcing the Ibero-American presence within the international scientific community.

The 5th RIAN, to be held in September 2025 in Panama City, continues this mission: to strengthen a regional network of experts, promote continuous education, and ensure our voices are represented in the most relevant international scientific forums.
